Jul 09,2020Harbour property have dealt with various members of my family, the reason for this is they are so easy to deal with, very pleasant staff and work very hard at either selling your property or organising your mortgage. We couldn't beleive they managed to sell a flat for us during lock down, this just proves how good they are. A pleasure dealing with them, keep up the hard work , here's to our next encounters. The team where extremely helpful and I had viewers within days and my property sold really quickly. Harbour property were very friendly and knowledgeable in the property market and kept us updated with everything they were that good at looking after us that when my Mother decided to sell we had no problem going straight to Harbour and we would recommend them very highly.

Moving is stressful but I had a few extra stresses and Jason took on a lot of that stress for me which wasn’t even in his remit but just wanted to give the best service which he did. I can’t commend these guys enough and know their stuff inside out. You don’t get a lot of companies nowadays giving the service these guys provided which I found so personalised. Their follow up care after you’ve sold and moved is also brilliant and can’t recommend them enough!

We also took out our mortgage through their sister company Mortgage Information Bureau and they were BRILLIANT. Jul 10,2020Jason and the team sold 2 properties for us in the space of 5 months. He managed to get the first one sold within 3 days of going on the market and the 2nd where other agents had failed. Harbor were also a great help in assisting with the purchase of our new house, offering advice and support which we really needed and gratefully received. From the first day, Jason clearly explained everything from fees, to the sales and legal process which made the sales process so much easier for us. We also used the Mortgage Information Bureau to arrange the mortgage on our new house and also they also provided a first class service.
