Shannyn has been incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs (even when I was particular about certain things). She consistently goes above and beyond to help wherever possible and always considers the best interests of both parties. I highly recommend Harriet Ellis!

Jan 17,2025I would have never secured my current job without the help of the Harriet Ellis team. A very kind, professional team very dedicated to helping people kick- start their careers. Special mention to the lovely Rebecca Tong, Naomi Tennant, and Shannyn Stiffell, who were all extremely helpful in helping me secure my placement in an apprentiship course as dental nurse trainee. In Addition, my Dental Educationalist Lauren Frampton has went above and beyond to ensure that I am always meeting my goals and helping me complete my apprentiship in the shortest time possible. Very fortunate to be a recepient of this incredible service!

Jan 17,2025I am currently doing an apprenticeship with Harriet Ellis and throughout Laurent Frampton has been so helpful, whenever I need her she is there and she is so friendly making it easier to confide in her. Overall, great experience so far and look forward to continuing my journey.

Jan 17,2025Thanks to Harriet Ellis now I am a dental nurse apprentice!!! They have been very kind, helpful and dedicated. Before I started my job Harriet Ellis invited me to a workshop, it was really insightful and it gave me a heads up. From there I realised that Harriet Ellis wants you to do well! I would like to particularly thank Rebecca, she closely worked with me and ensured that I got the job at a dental clinic that is best suited for me e.g travelling time. Rebecca was very quick to respond and was always updating me. Marisa as well, has been very supportive and told me about a useful book for dental nursing. Till this day I appreciate their support! Thank you!

Jan 17,2025Shannyn stiffell was very helpful throughout my process of finding an apprenticeship. She called regularly to arrange interviews for me and to ask how my apprenticeship search was going. She was very supportive :) . I signed up with the organisation after leaving college and she helped me throughout.

The day before my interview, she called me to remind me about it and offered words of encouragement. Her advice and motivation really boosted my confidence. Thanks to her support, I went into the interview feeling prepared, and I got the position as an apprentice! I truly appreciate her help and kindness.

Jan 16,2025I am currently working towards my second qualification with Harriet Ellis. My first experience with the company didn’t start well, however towards the end things ran much more smoothly. Joanne Chamberlain was my assessor and she was brilliant, very supportive and on the ball with assessments, both in person and remote. I am currently working towards my Level 4 in Leadership and Management which is run by Trudie Dawson. I am 6 months in and progressing at a good speed. Trudie is ALWAYS on hand to answer any questions that arise, whether it is to do with the course or not. She has guided me through several difficult situations which have arisen within my organisation and she regularly checks in to ensure my wellbeing is ok. I cannot fault her attention to detail, her passion for delivering the course and her drive to ensure all of her students feel supported and are able to produce high standards of work. This course is proving to be a value resource to help me progress my career and develop the skills I need to become a well rounded leader and manager.

Rebecca was very helpful and guided me through the process with ease. Rebecca was efficient and professional and always there offering support to myself and the candidate, nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend Harriet-Ellis.

I feel like i could communicate anything with her and she will try her best to help me. Overall the other members of the team have also been friendly.

Jan 15,2025I have had a really good experience with amazing help from Niaomi tennant , Niaomi has helped me multiple times throughout my apprenticeship and has been there whenever I’ve needed help , Niaomi has always answered clearly and fastly which has really helped me understand how my courses work . Overall she has been a massive help to me and since I started my apprenticeship .

Jan 17,2025I have recently completed my training with Harriet Ellis. Throughout my journey I’ve had lots of support and excellent learning experiences. All the resources are easily accessible and any further help I needed was given. The online lessons were helpful as I was able to ask questions as we were being taught. My DE Lauren Frampton was brilliant. She is a very approachable person and was always there to support me. She went above and beyond to help me and support my learning. Lauren answered all my questions and helped with topics I was unsure on. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Overall I would really recommend this course to everyone!
