Aug 28,2024Lauren Frampton was extremely helpful and reliable and detrimental in me achieving my qualification. Overall there were a lot of hiccups with Harriet Ellis, however Lauren went above and beyond to rectify them.

Aug 28,2024Lauren Frampton has been my DE throughout my apprenticeship and has honestly supported me through my apprenticeship, she is always one call or message away. Her motivation toward her apprentices is amazing and she is the reason i never gave up in the apprenticeship. Lauren Frampton is an amazing asset to Harriet Ellis and should get the praises she deserves!!

Aug 27,2024I started with Harriett Ellis in 2023. I did the course in a total of 17 months. I had about 5 or 6 dental educationalists over this time. My final tutor was Emma Scott. She was fantastic. She is the ONLY person who was organised, replied fast and was very helpful. I wish I had Emma from the start and it didn’t take a year for them to assign her to me. Every other tutor took weeks to mark my work and didn’t explain anything to me. Emma had to undo the mess the past tutors had created and I can’t thank her enough for that. She helped me qualify 3 months earlier than I was originally told. The overall company is unorganised and tutors come and go every few months which makes it very difficult for the student to know what is going on or who to talk to. Emma on the other hand made it very easy and had good communication which kept me up to date with everything

Aug 27,2024Helena Allies has been my DE throughout my dental nursing apprenticeship and is honestly the reason i have not given up! She is always on the other end of the phone to help me with any questions/issues i have and always makes me feel at ease. She is so welcoming, calm and a good laugh when you need to be cheered up if like me, you stress too easy. Helena really is an amazing asset to Harriet Ellis and deserves all the praise she can get!

Aug 27,2024Helena is a wonderful assesst to the company She knows how to put everyone at ease. Even when they are stresding about thier assessment. She is clam collected and can handle anything thats thrown at her. We need more people like this in the world.

Aug 24,2024Where do I start??? Let me start by saying I am a fully qualified dental nurse who has post qualifications under my belt now. But I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for my dental educationalist HELENA ALLIES!!! I started my apprenticeship with harriett Ellis back in June 2019, I was swapped over to be under the supervision of Helena and she is what got me to the end and over that finishing line. Very attentive, always early, very helpful, always there to help when needed and I was never made to feel like I was a burden. Best DE I could have asked for!!! HELENA YOU ARE THE BEST.

Aug 23,2024I am currently completing my dental nursing apprenticeship through Harriet Ellis; I found my first DE quite unapproachable and unhelpful when it came to being stuck and confused with written work. But when my DE changed to Lauren Frampton, everything got so much easier. My percentage of my portfolio went up 20% within the first few weeks due to her marking my work and giving me very helpful feedback, she was extremely helpful with organising observations and assessments. Anything I needed a little extra help with she was there to provide me with support and resources. She went above and beyond to raise my knowledge and understanding as a dental nurse as well as a dental professional overall; I could not even begin to tell Harriet Ellis head office how much of an asset she is to their company! I would recommend Harriet Ellis as a training provider but I think your experience heavily depends on what DE is assigned to you so you just have to cross your fingers that you get a supportive one.

Aug 19,2024Ive been with Harriet Ellis for almost a year now and my experience has been very approachable regarding my math's functional skills which caused me a few issues that Harriet Ellis was helpful with throughout. My DE Lauren Frampton has been great with supporting me with all my work and ensuring I'm up to date. Couldn't ask for a better DE!

Aug 16,2024I feel that my DE Emma has supported me form the beginning. She lets me have an opinion and view on things which I like as then we can make decisions together rather than it be more one sided. I love that she is very kind and understanding and always goes above and beyond in making sure I am happy within my apprenticeship.

Aug 16,2024Emma is my DE during my level 3 dental nursing apprenticeship with Harriet Ellis, and she has made my course so much easier! She always responds quickly, and gives advice and feedback on everything needed. I feel my experience would be a lot different without her. Thanks Emma!

Aug 08,2024All of the positive reviews are by new starters ask them to review again once they have spent a few months dealing with the company and the truth will out and as for the director Hadley silver he is a useless money hungry scammer posing as a legitimate employer and business

Jul 25,2024I started my Dental nursing course in November 2022. I got off to a rough start due to my first two dental educationalists being impossible to contact, would lose my work or just wouldn't mark my work. However my final dental educationalist was Jenny Kelly. I can't thank her enough! I have recently just reached the end of my dental nursing qualification and couldn't of done it without her. She offered great feedback towards my portfolio work constant support throughout the latter stages of my course organising study session and calls to ensure i felt comfortable and ready for the end point assessments. Jenny is approachable and was always easy to reach whenever i needed her. I would also like to mention Emily Kilkenny my tutor who i spent two hours with every Tuesday for the duration of my dental nursing course where i learnt all the knowledge to be able to pass my exams. Online learning at times can be boring at times, however Emily is an exceptional tutor always making lessons fun and exciting. Harriet Ellis is lucky to have these members of staff. Thank you Jenny and Emily.

Jul 22,2024I started Harriet ellis in nov 2022, I had 2 assessors in that time my first being absolutely awful losing work of mine, never marking my work or getting back to me. My second one Zoe Skinner was great, she was helpful and wanted to do her upmost to make sure I had everything I needed, and had everything together. She was an amazing DE, just a shame the company doesn’t have very good communication, I was made to redo observations/ re do lost work from IQAs for silly reasons, or little to no reason why it needed to be redone. I would also like to thanks Raanan, as he has been very helpful and communicated really well with me during my end point assessment. Zoe is a great DE, and I have nothing bad to say about her.

Jul 21,2024I’d give a lower rating were it possible. I paid for the CAVA course to hopefully become a dental nurse assessor. I completed all my work, carried out the assessments etc with my learners. Unfortunately they didn’t pass their assessments even on resits. One in particular was difficult to communicate with as she didn’t respond. I carried out all the work i was supposed to however I was told I could not pass my course - even though I had met all criteria set out in my course - until the learners passed their assessments. My work was completed however the learners were not carrying out procedures correctly and needed further training. This should not impact my grade as I was there to assess not teach. Teaching was not part of my criteria and I have no control on how a student behaves. However I was never allowed to complete or have my final work assessed as the learners weren’t passing theirs. I started my course in December 2021 and it still plagued me now that I was ripped off the way I was and have spoken to people with similar issues so thought I’d share my experience to save someone else the same disappointment I’d avoid at all costs. I paid my money and completed my work but left with nothing due to someone else’s short comings. This was a dream career for me and something I was so keen to embark on but sadly never had a chance thanks to Angela (the tutor I was given) and Harriet Ellis

Jul 19,2024I am currently doing an apprenticeship with Harriet Ellis as my provider. I am finding the experience to be very rewarding and helpful in me gaining a qualification as a dental nurse. My educationalist Emily Turner is fantastic in aiding me to reach my end point assessment, also in providing constructive and helpful feedback that will ultimately make me a better qualified dental nurse. On the whole I have found Harriet Ellis to be excellent and would recommend them if you are interested in an apprenticeship and are seeking a provider.

Aug 28,2024These people act like scammers. They tell prospective students that when you sign up they will contact practices in your area to get you a placement. After you pay, they'll never contact the practices, they'll never respond to emails, and when you call, you'll be told the responsible person is on leave.. Always!! Even Practices know they are a troublesome lot, at the mention of your enrollment with them, they'll deny you a job as a trainee. If you are serious about starting a career DON'T EVER think about Harriet Ellis, unless you don't love yourself, and you have money to waste. Don't say I DIDN'T WARN YOU! EDIT: You can all see from their response below. They convinced me to continue with the program, and are lying that I left the program. None of my groupmates have been assisted in any way. They just keep sending emails saying "if you don't secure yourself a placement by October, we shall charge you another £599" That's all they are after. Just milking you to the bone, with no intention of helping you in any way. And lying is their second nature! Believe them at your own peril! I have done my part, and I dare anyone to prove me wrong. Please BEWARE!!
