Jul 17,2021I, like a majority of people seem to have been tricked by the name of the website. With a name like "Hatshopping.co.uk" you assume that they are based in The UK. This is not the case. They are based in Germany. This isn't really a problem until you want to return something, which isn't free. My hat to return cost £14. On top of the £4 delivery to receive it.... almost £20 for a hat I did not want. Not cool. On top of this, the delivery times are shocking. Not really their fault we've left the EU but not exactly clear when you order it'll take a while. Oh well, you live and learn.

Jun 29,2021I ordered and paid for my hat on 17/06/21 and tracked my package. It left France on 19/06/21, it then left the International processing on 20/06/21. But instead of coming to Bedford it was sent to Falkirk Delivery office in Scotland and was delivered and signed for on 22/06/21 by some unknown person. At that point I called Royal Mail who confirmed where it was delivered but couldn't explain why and asked me to speak to the seller. I kept on trying their number persistently for 3 days from 22nd- 24th I also sent an email but didn't get any response. I eventually got through on the 24/06/21 to a very nice person on assured me that they would look into the issue and advised my to call back by 30/06/21 if i didn't get any response. Well this morning 29/06/21 I got my package. So although it took a little bit longer and I did have to quite persistent. I am happy with the quality of the product and their customer service (when I eventually got through) They are not a scam as some people will want you to think. I believe they just need to sort out their delivery process.

May 13,2021Don’t ever shop with them, They’ve taken my money but haven’t sent the product... they have ignored my messages and I can’t get through to them on the phone... I’m so angry that I’ve managed to find an Indian company that will hammer them with bad reviews haha. Complete scam

May 13,2021Bought and paid two hats but never received them. – Never had an order confirmation, and no reply from them after I messaged to ask what was happening. I've opened a dispute in PayPal as can see this isn't a one-off.

May 12,2021I never received my order and they are now ignoring my emails about it. I've had to open a dispute through PayPal. DO NOT shop with these guys.

Mar 04,2021I ordered a hat from the company less than 2 weeks ago. When I read the reviews here I was concerned and expressed this in an email to them. I had a reassuring response the same day and was informed the hat had been dispatched. I sent another email asking when I could expect delivery and got a response the next day. The hat arrived today and I am very pleased with it! I would certainly use this company again.

Jan 27,2021I ordered a beret 9 weeks ago and I have never received it. All this time they kept telling me that they had problems with the post or carriers. Now they are telling me that it is allegedly "out of stock" which is a lie since it is still listed on the website. Now they have the cheek to offer me to chose some other product on their website. Absolutely outrageous! By the way, there is a lie where they have a Trustpilot sign on the website, i.e. they show their rating as 4.7 while it is much lower. If they don't issue a full refund asap I'll report them to the authorities.

Apr 26,2020I was a little anxious when shortly after placing my order with what I assumed was a UK based company the confirmation email appeared to be from a German business. However my order was dispatched swiftly, arrived on a Sunday, one day earlier than expected, and was exactly what I wanted. Hats off to them! (Sorry).

May 02,2019I cannot praise this company enough. I bought a cap that arrived very promptly by DPD courier from Germany. Sadly, the style did not suit me and I decided to return it. I informed Hatshopping by email and received a same-day acknowledgement together with instructions on how to print a pre-paid DPD label for free return shipment to Germany. Unfortunately, I had already posted the cap at my expense but, amazingly, the company has said that it will reimburse my costs. I am truly impressed by Hatshopping, not only for the company's generous returns policy but also for its courteous and very prompt communications. If only all internet shopping was this pleasurable and easy. Thank you Adrian at Hatshopping!

Feb 04,2019Products are okay but customer service has put me off buying again from them. Shipment notification had incomplete delivery address and was made to feel it was all my fault despite the full address available in my delivery preferences, the only one! Thankfully the delivery driver recognised my name otherwise it would have been returned to Germany!

Sep 15,2021I read reviews for this company AFTER ordering from them which made me very nervous. However, I am pleased to say I have been delighted. My hat is just lovely and a great size and it was beautifully and robustly packaged. The only thing is it took 8 working days to arrive instead of the 2-3 advertised but overall I'm relieved to be delighted with my purchase!
