Dec 08,2024I received a timely email informing me of the imminent dispatch of my order - exactly at the anticipated time. However, the delivery was less satisfactory, the package being left by the lift rather than brought to my apartment. Only the chance observation of a staff member, who brought it to me, meant that it arrived safely. One of the three internal boxes was upside down, creating a bit of a mess but fortunately no damage. There were no instructions appropriate to this specific purchase and neither were they on line. Bought as gifts, I am having to draw on memory on caring for the plants prior to giving them close to Christmas.
