I was not impressed by the Dianthus Barbatus mix that were delivered to me, the foliage was extremely blotchy with what looked like fungal disease, definitely poor quality. Items replaced, which have much better foliage. I guess all the rain we have had has had a detrimental effect on growth. Thanks to Hayloft. I will not be dissuaded from buying items from them in the future just because of one teeny weeny issue.

Tulips are my favourite for Spring. I can't remember how I found Hayloft but I was taken with the range and the offer price at the time - the end of the 'season'. Ordering was easy, communication was clear, everything arrived on time and was well-packed. The bulbs are planted. I expect Spring to be colourful.

I have yet to receive my order! The website was hardly working last weekend when I tried to place an order. I suddenly received confirmation although it had not appeared to have registered on my screen. My order number is: H300182232 Today, Sunday, I find there is no way I can speak to a human with my concern of lack of receiving my order.

Ordered and paid for plants in 2020. Finally available October 2024 but I asked for a refund. Was told I could have the plants anyway since it had been so long. However Hayloft did not put my address on the package so was returned to them. Refund took almost 3 weeks and was by cheque. Pretty shoddy all round

About a year ago I ordered 3x millettia from Hayloft. They decided that the plants weren't of sufficient size for selling and they offered my cash back or a wait until the plants were bigger. I chose the latter option and then forgot about the plants so was surprised and delighted when, recently, 3 millettia arrived. They are of good size and healthy. On the basis of my experience I would recommend Hayloft - they are professional and reliable.

Plants arrived but where very dry gave them agood soak and that did revive them somewhat . Plants where a little smaller than I expected but have been planted hopefully to give agood display next spring .

I ordered three types of Tulip. One they hadn't got and I was asked to pick a substitute off the website. the sutitute bulbs arrived but without the other two original choices. On querying where the other two were I ws told they were no longer available presumbly because they didnt process the original order due to the unavailability of one choice. I was again asked to choose more substitutes from the website, which I did only to be told they were no longer in stock either. This on the same day I had advised them of my new choices. So I ended up having a refund. The company staff were very apologetic but keeping the website updated would have solved the problem. You would think that would be a given for an online business with limited stock availability.
