I recently emailed Charlie tombs head of block management at Haymarket about my concerns regarding government funding for the gallery, I know she’s extremely busy but she got back to me almost immediately and answered my concerns to my satisfaction, I was very happy with the fast response and the updates that’s why my experience rated five stars. , .
I have sent email messages several times to the company about the service charge increase of my apartment in M16. No responses at all. Very poor customer service! !
the absolute worst company in the world, i live in a block they manage, they do not respond to emails at all, we’ve been left without water for hours, the front door is constantly broke and open to the public, do NOT live in an apartment run by these guys, they simply do not care
This company is beyond frustrating. I have a leak in my apartment that still hasn’t been repaired for more than 6 months. No one replies to emails. Snagging issues reported more than a year ago are still not fixed.
I've sent out 3 emails they just don't even answer.
Do not live here. X1 Lettings and Haymarket treat the residents with such contempt it is almost farcical. One lift down for months, the second lift often out of use or blocked, water in the car parks, lack of any appropriate communication. 10 people squeezing into a small lift at a time, it wouldn't be safe even if we were out of a pandemic... It should be illegal.
Secure fob doors wide open for weeks on end in x1 Chatham, “Relevant Contractors have been contacted to fix the doors” You’d think it’s a priority when it’s a huge security risk - to individuals - security are aware random non-tenants are roaming the flats - still, no repairs
They're slow to respond to enquiries, obvious maintenance issues are ignored, repairs take months to be carried out then the same issues arise a year later. December last year a leak was causing damage to my car, around 2 months later it was finally resolved. Almost a month ago I noticed that a leak and this was report straight away, we're no further forward with this and again my car is being damaged. I would avoid this company at all costs
It's just not right to have lifts out of order for months in a high rise building, or standing water in the car park for such a long time. Lifts being out of order should be fixed swiftly.
Awful experience. Only provide evening security. Security don't audit and report security issues. No proper working cctv. Do not help residents with issues. Do not reply to emails. When they do rarely respond they are rude, they don't address issues, they don't take responsibility, they try and downplay the issue at hand "oh this isn't really problem because x y z". Excuse me when there is a repair to do that means something needs to be put back to its original state, if it wasn't necessary it wouldn't be part of the building in the first place. Do not fix major security issues despite multiple chasing. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Ask any resident of an x1 lettings building. So many awful stories, zero customer service. Literally don't know what the point of this company is. If you pay them, you are being robbed. If you are thinking of using them feel free to contact me for more info.... Your residents will be very unhappy.
True rogue traders. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with, including their parent company X1 Lettings. If your block is managed by these cowboys you really are screwed. Profit is their motivator. The staff are not trained to undertake their roles and the management are more interested in posing for social media then genuinely managing a resident rial block.
All about profit and poor service. Their management of the properties was poor and they charge absurd cleaning fees. I was once without electricity for 4 days.
Terrible service. The parking gate remains wide open despite having multiple break-ins resulting in multiple cars being damaged. No response from the block manager despite contacting them for weeks.
I had a problem with my Electricity bill and my supplier required a meter reading that day. After endless calls with Letting Agents who wouldn't do anything, I called Katie from Haymarket Management in Manchester and she organised everything for me, couldn't thank her enough.

Terrible been providing potential death flats for a while,I’ve found some of worst safety practises I’ve ever seen in my life, these guys are about profit and nothing else, they are morally defunct and they shouldn’t be able to have anything to do with building, I regret have anything to do with them
We work with a number of block management companies and Haymarket really care about their properties. They show a genuine interest in the condition and upkeep of their developments, and any issues highlighted to them are resolved swiftly. The sites they look after incorporate some amazing facilities such as gyms, cinema rooms and outdoor terrace areas, and these are well maintained to the benefit of the building’s residents.
I want to give a big shout out to the haymarket team and I want to give a very very big shoutout to JODI ⭐️, who has gone above and beyond. She is the kindest and most helpful person ever. Thank you Jodi for everything, You are truly an asset to the company!! : ).

Feb 18,2022I live at Plaza Boulevard in Liverpool. The building manager Charlie is always really quick and responsive. The building is always clean, tidy and seems well ran and maintained. Very nice place to live, would highly recommend!
