Feb 17,2025Jody from Hanley branch was extremely helpful... A credit to the company. Firstly, I went in with my dad to book a holiday for the 2 of us to Malta for April. She was so helpful that I then asked her help me find a holiday to Tenerife for myself, partner and his son of 11 years old... We had never been to Tenrife and it was my partners son's first holiday abroad so wanted it to be perfect, he wanted to go to Sian Park. She showed me quite a few resorts but I wanted to run it through my partner first before actually committing. Several trips later, Jody searched numerous apartments looking for a 2 bed, all inclusive but eventually she found me the perfect place, Throughout, she was very polite, considerate and extremely thorough through out. I was helped by Erin and her knowledge of her task and her personal touch were second to none. In no time at all everything was sorted to my exact needs and all done with a smile. If you do have a rewards system or a pat on the back this young lady is certainly deserving of it. A big thank you to Hays and especially to Erin. 👍
