Feb 16,2025As usual a warm welcome from Hays Newport Isle of Wight branch. The whole team are so knowledgeable and they each add so much information to us on our forthcoming cruises. What an asset to the company they are. Maria printed off our boarding passes etc and we asked her to search for another destination when she had time. Sure enough she sent email as promised . As it happened the dates weren’t suitable but we found another cruise for April so back to the office the following day! We wouldn’t change from Hays travel and long may that whole team remain in situ. Thank you Paul, Kim, Maria, Lucy and Erin.

We explained what we were thinking and she help plan the holiday, making sure we had thought of everything from airport parking, flights, transfers, hotels etc. As we are staying at two locations we were greatful that Ruby thought of everything and we feel that she worked hard to get us a really good deal.
