I go into Maesteg branch with date, airport and passenger details and basically leave it to them to find us a holiday. Without fail they find exactly what we all want (group of 6 ) and always a fab deal .

Feb 18,2025Hayes travel Terrible service charged us 3 time for our deposit although I told them it had been taking from my bank then wait week to get the money back then month later cancelled our holiday saying hotel won’t be ready although people going before me even had email from hotel saying that not true but they could offer me same holiday 3 days later don’t make sense then wait another week to get my money back again will never use hayes again first and last time
