Apr 23,2024I live in germany and i have plenty of experience while sending the money back to my country. Unfortunately this is the worst provider i have ever seen in my life. I sent my money on 21st April for an urgent issue via sofort banking and next day i checked in my bank that the money is already transferred to their merchant bank. Next day i confirmed this with my bank and now they are telling that their system does not show that the money was paid to their system. I was really surprised and asked them to communicate with their merchant but i assume they didnot do that. It should not take more that 1 hour to resolve this problem. I am going complain against them to the general court in germany. I will recommend you guys specially from asia please donot use this money transfer service anymore. For me i will definitely take an action on them. First time while i sent the money i still had the same experience. Now i sent my complain to checkout for the verification. Surely i will give more update in the upcoming days
