Sep 08,2024HB steal my money !! I tried to transfer money to Vietnam like I did before . HB asked me for a bank account Statement . I send them for July. Then they request the actual statement until 16.8.24 but my bank give me only once a month . The repeatedly ask me but I could not give them . I asked to cancel and send back but they refuse which is abnormal and illegal . Even for send back my money I must submit the bank statement. Meanwhile I got my bank statement for august and send them but still refuse . They steal my money

Sep 04,2024This company lack poor management, their service is very poor no good customer care, email, chat,very poor. I chat with them almost all my day to refund my money. Different messages no any issues solve. For 3days now we have not concluded. Please I will advise anyone to stay away from this site.
