Feb 28,2023After 3 weeks of waiting for delivery , I contacted the supplier. The product was reordered and my deliver arrived one month after my original payment . There were no updates, explanations about my order. I was never contacted or notified that my order would not arrive and there were no concessions , rebates for this purchase. As a long standing customer, I expect better treatment about missing and delayed shipments.

Oct 13,2022I wanted double ice packs on my Dysport order, I am in Texas and gets to 100 F regularly. I didn’t get the message through before it was shipped. The package was cool, but I think it would have been a lower temperature on arrival with double ice packs.

To my amusement it has arrived in less then a week from different location in the world, all perfectly packed, on ice which was not even melted and in great condition! Did I mention that prices were better then anywhere else I checked? Thank you for such a great service!
