May 03,2023This review is specifically regarding their X12 Ormus product & unethical business practices. I should have done more research on this company and its product(s) before supporting this business. I received my order in record time with no issues there. When I open the product to try it, it's simply water. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Look up the reviews in places like Amazon. People are complaining about the same issue. The product should have a cloudy/milky consistency. This is so wrong. When I check my account with my financial banking institution, I noticed that they have this one-time purchase listed as "reoccurring" charges!!! I did not sign up for a subscription. At this point, I'm working with my financial institution to get my money back and prevent them from charging my account. I tried to wait to allow them to right this wrong. It's been almost 48 hours since I reached out to support and received no response. Looking at the reviews regarding customer service, I have no confidence. Do yourself a favor and research this company before purchasing any products. Don't trust the reviews of these influencers they pay to promote their products online.
