Mar 31,2023I have just started using shilajit and I'm happy to say after speaking with my doctor to make sure it was fine to try, my blood work this week is nothing shy of being near perfect. I switched over to the honey sticks because they are so much easier to use as apposed to trying to make sure I'm getting the appropriate amount. Mar 01,2023Not sure what happened but I placed an order on February 25th and money was taken out of my bank account. I was waiting for a confirmation email and instead received an email saying my order wasn’t completed. I clicked the link and payed for my order AGAIN. I then received a SECOND email saying that my order wasn’t completed. I check my bank account and I was charged TWICE and received NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR MY ORDER. I then sent a message to Valeria and got an automated message saying that I would hear from a customer agent shortly. It has been 3 days and I still haven’t heard back. I don’t even have an order number, and I’m now missing $176.62 CAD from my bank account. I am beyond disappointed and hope to hear back from the company as soon as possible, and to hopefully get an explanation for this. I would like to have one of my orders fulfilled and a refund for the second one I didn’t want. EDIT: Heard back from the company today and was told the two orders had already been shipped. They were very nice and offered to return one of the two orders. Still rating 2/5 stars because unfortunately I never got a confirmation email for the orders and instead got "order not completed" emails even though the order did in fact go through. This is definitely something they should look into to avoid issues like accidentally paying for a product more than once. If you are planning on ordering from this company be sure to ignore the "order not completed" email if you're certain you paid and the funds have already been taken out of your account. Don't forget to message the customer support email to double check. Otherwise a pleasant experience and am looking forward to trying this product.
