However, Alex from the customer service team promptly provided me with instructions on how to soften the shilajit, enabling me to utilize it more conveniently. Their exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated.

Jan 14,2025My health was in severe decline and my doctor discovered that I was a "silent celiac." As part of my recovery from an autoimmune disease I read a book suggesting that I try Shilajit. After researching many brands I decided to try the Natural Shilajit brand because of the lab testing they voluntarily do, to ensure quality. The first thing I noticed was that anxiety that I never knew that I had disappeared. I know it's a direct cause of the Shilajit, because when I ran out and decided to try a cheaper brand of shilajit, my anxiety came back within 3 months of switching to the new brand. I did not want to go back to having anxiety so I bought some more Natural Shilajit and again the anxiety disappeared. This is my personal health recovery story. I don't think everyone who has anxiety and tries this will have the same result, but for me it works and I've made it a part of my recovery from celiac and maintenance health plan for the last 5 years. I would recommend that people try it at least once to see if it could work for them.

Jan 12,2025Delivery timelines not specified and met. I received my order on Jan 20th and the order was placed on Dec 13th 2024. The dispatching did inform initially that it might take 10-12 business days to get the product delivered. It took longer. They could have done better as they knew there was a Canada Post strike that was affecting shipments. Product is in an amazing packing though. I have not used the product yet. I do hope it is as good as the reviews mention.
