We had an issue with our old heatpump and had an absolute nightmare trying to find someone who could help (no answer/don't do heatpumps even when it's advertised on Google and website etc), then we found Nick. Nick spoke to us immediately, came to our property and patched it up until our new one arrived. Our property isn't the most standard, with weird wiring and poor initial installations so Nick had to work around that and he and his team were so professional, respectful of our home and completely determined to get it all fitted and working correctly. Nick has been back to fix a few other issues since and the aftercare is amazing. Nothing is too much hassle. He is always contactable and has even called out of hours to talk us through a reset situation! The most reliable and professional service we have ever received from a company like this. Really thankful!
