I order grinder part with breakdown shown on the website but the breakdown was nor corresponding to the grinder reference , so I received a wrong part , I contacted them by chat , I tried to explain them that I needed the TIMER SWITCH not the ON OFF SWITCH but the representative was lost, did not help me , ask me to call a number to help me with the good part, and never send me the return label for my part the mistake initially came from their breakdown shown , I was very disappointed
