Another purchasing agent, with my employer, found the item I ordered nearly $75 cheaper ( a brand name filter for a combi-oven ). Heritage Parts is my go-to kitchen parts store, they have or can find everything and normally bet their competitors prices. I was just saddened to see this price so much higher, thus only 4 stars this time.

I was asked when I got my new Customer Service Rep if I was going to be ordering online, doing my own research, because I had asked for to much of them to do for me. I am not happy with my new CSR and it has been stressed. I am kinda stuck with what I do have cause there really isn't much to chose from in the Parts World honestly.
