Sent the wrong item. Update 1: I was never contacted despite the response to this review saying I would be contacted. I reached out to their customer support, and they refused to help me (even though I showed evidence that I ordered one part, and got delivered a completely different part.) They wanted to charge me a restock fee. Very unhappy with the customer service and the fact they switched a part without consulting me. Update 2: Lacy from HeritageParts reached out to me, and has been much more helpful! I will update this again once the transaction is complete. Update 3: They refunded my purchase. Thank you!

I like the quick response, prices could be better and I would order more, best thing is the paper in mail reciept and on computer, VERY HELPFUL.

I got my order from USP already but I really disappointed because I did not get what I ordered. I got the wrong part. So I have to return back and have to wait for a new one. I worry that the new one that I'm waitting is what I order or not.

I felt the ordering process went well right up to receiving the part for replacement. The part took care of repairing the issue with a natural gas heater and appeared to be an upgrade from the original. The customer is happy and I'm happy.

The reason I gave Heritage only 3 stars is because I have noticed from certain Sales Reps that they're unwilling to go the extra mile in helping a customer find the parts we need. Sometimes if I can't find the part number for the item I need to order, it seems like some of the Sales Reps are unwilling to help find it.

The worst of all, been dealing with parts town, Hobart, all points, gcs, Ecolab. Heritage parts need lots of improvement... not to mention the ups charges.

When allpoints can't find it and partstown charges me list, heritage is the go-to source. I have never looked for anything that I couldn't find through heritage parts. And with an excellent return policy...
