The booking was very easy, the office emailed the information through providing all the relevant information required for attending the course. The course it self was well presented by Dave he knew what he was teaching and was very patience with the candidates. Would recommend the training centre. Well done all.

Apr 17,2025I recently completed several courses at Herts Energy Academy, including the ACS Gas course, Air Source Heat Pumps, Water Regulations, Unvented Hot Water, and Heat Interface Units. Apr 09,2025Most of the reviews on this page are from people who have attended the small two day courses and not the gas course. So as someone who recently completed their gas course I wanted to give a honest review of this place if you intend to enroll for the gas safe course like i did. I enrolled onto the programme over a year and 3 months ago, and was told at the time it would take from 3-6 months to complete. so many fake promises they told us but after you pay them you realise its all lies. They keep failing you on purpose and make you come back again and again because they know you've paid and there's nothing you can do. They have no organisation of dates or times they'll literally call you a day before saying you have to attend tomorrow or they dont know when the next dates are. 100% guaranteed pass is all lies. Constant lies and excuses is all you hear. I chose this place as it was cheaper and they tell you everything you wish to hear but in reality it's worth just paying 1k extra and going to a proper centre that is honest and organised, you pay for what you get I now realise. I havent met anyone on the gas safe programme here who had passed the gas course in less than 6 months. The team and owners here just like saving money they want you to take time off work when it suits them so they can save money. They spend so much money on advertising on google so people sign up and end up paying and be trapped. The teachers are constantly leaving and new ones come. They make the students life hard and difficult whilst the owners drive around in lamborghinis. Anyway I have recorded phone calls with them and I advise everyone to activately expose them. None of the other students I have met here during the week or weekends like or would recommend this place. Follow my tiktok page on where I'll be making videos showing what happened to me. Apr 04,2025I recently completed the HIU course at Herts Energy Academy, and I’m really glad I chose them for my training. The course was led by Dave, who was a fantastic tutor — very knowledgeable, approachable, and made the sessions really interesting. He explained everything clearly and shared loads of practical tips that I’ll definitely be using going forward. I learnt a lot more than I expected, and I feel much more confident working with HIUs now. I’d highly recommend Herts Energy Academy to anyone looking to expand their skills. Dave is very technical, patient and helpful when it comes to learning and understanding, giving everyone a chance to be involved. Recommend to anyone looking to expand knowledge on HIU’s.
