Oct 19,2023Just completed my ASHP and Water Regs course. Dave was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process and no question was a silly question. Paula organisational skills made the whole process transparent and stress free. Would come here again A+++++

Oct 19,2023Did my ACS,ASHP, Unvented and water regs at Herts. Dave howlings is a very nice guy and a good teacher who is very helpful. Paula on reception is very helpful and very pleasant also. I highly recommend Herts energy academy to anyone who is just starting out or looking to renew their ACS or any other certificates that they may need. My experience here has been a good one and I will be looking to return again in 5 years when my ACS renewal is due.

Sep 27,2023My name is Nicholas Walker. I chose this company on cost and time and felt that they were very hands on. There was none of this " go home and study on your computer before the course" They have a team of five . Owner Marco (do anything for you) Paula admin ( she is great) and three trainers. STEVE, DAVE and BILL. Together , they put time and energy into every individual no matter who you are. I would like to say that due to illness i am a bit thick when it comes to Maths ( maybe just thick) but they were all very helpfull and will give one on one if needs be.

Sep 06,2023I was easily able to book a convenient date for my gas reassessment. No heavy sale tactic to push more courses or training. Steve gave a good refresher day course which covered the basics and was included in the cost. Marco was great during the assessment process and helped me relax as I have been off the tools for a while so was quite nervous.

Aug 23,2023I attended herts energy academy to complete my training for heat pump installations & also do my water regulations. The course was run very well by Marco being a heating engineer himself with the experience of also fitting heat pumps. The course was good with all the necessary information provided. I will be using this company in the future for any other courses i need to do. Thanks to Marco & the team 👍
