Dec 17,2023We’ve been a couple of times first being a 7 week scan and more recently for our gender scan. Lovely staff who take the time to explain everything and the countdown with coloured lighting is perfect. We may be back for the 4d experience in the new year ❤️❤️

Dec 14,2023I went for the 4d VIP experience. The sonography's were brilliant, our baby was covering his face so unfortunately we did not get any clear pictures of his face and the same thing happened at the rescan too. Both sonographers were so patient and tried everything they could to get baby to move, they gave me lots of advice and were really lovely. They made what would have been negative into a positive overall even if we did not get any clear pictures. My drop from 5 stars to 4 would be from the front desk service, they were not the friendliest, there were no drinks offered, nowhere to put coats and it would have been 5 stars had that service been there.

Dec 09,2023We visited Hey Baby Enfield for Early Reassurance Scan. Pregnancy has been confirmed by doctor 4-5days earlier. During the scan, we have been informed that they can not see any Yolk, and they questioned my pregnancy which makes my partner extremely anxious. We also refused to have chaperone who anyway present and questioned my pregnancy…. Following the unprofessional service, my wife become depressed and tearful… We decided to return to our doctor to share the worried. During the scan , doctor not just confirmed gain pregnancy but noticed appropriate grow and heartbeat. AVOID this place. Extremely unprofessional service!!

Dec 09,2023Awful. Went for an early scan - we suspected from the offset that there was bad news. Sonographer told us nothing beyond you need a blood test to confirm your hormone levels and then you need to discuss that with your doctor. So basically charged us an additional £80 for nothing. They don’t seem to be able to tell you anything. When I came back for the blood test they kept me waiting 30 minutes. Honestly awful. I don’t know what the point in their service is, as the early pregnancy unit at St George’s hospital is literally free and better. Will never be back.

Dec 04,2023Went for an early reassurance scan last week @ 8 weeks. Got checked in and as soon as the probe went on my belly a clear image of my uterus and a little bean appeared. It was such a relief. You can’t explain the feeling when there is a confirmed heart beat. We got images and a nice pack included. Receptionist was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, only thing that tarnished the experience was the sonographer was very quick, I felt rushed and all in all the scan lasted not even 3 minutes. I know they need to concentrate but I didn’t feel that I could ask any questions. If you had a little more time and the option to see on the screen longer then I would give it 5 stars. Appt was around 10 mins in total.

Dec 03,2023I went today for a 4D scan to see my baby girl , she was so stubborn and kept her head tucked away and facing inwards instead of being in the correct position. The lady who did my scan was lovely! She was so patient and helpful, suggested different things to help her move and she really persevered so we could get nice photos. I really recommend here, the staff are lovely and converse with you, I also came here at 17 weeks for a gender scan and they offered a rescan when baby girl was being yet again stubborn. 10/10 recommend x
