Nov 06,2024My husband and I have had the most incredible experience at Hey baby. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. When it was time for the scan, the sonographer was so kind, taking time to explain each part of the process and answer all of our questions. Seeing our baby on the screen was absolutely magical! The sonographer was patient and made sure we got to see every little detail, pointing out tiny hands, feet, and even little facial expressions. It felt so personal and special, like they truly cared about making this moment unforgettable for us. We left feeling overjoyed and even more connected to our little one. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism with genuine care, I highly recommend this clinic. It’s an experience we’ll treasure forever, and we can’t wait to come back for our next scan!

Nov 05,2024I had my vip 4d scan with Sonographer Phlebotomist and i really didn't enjoy it. The whole reason i went there was because i read the reviews beforehand and it says how amazing their service was otherwise i went somewhere else when i had my older daughter. He was so moody and rushed everything and only one or two pictures came out clear and the rest was pointless! The appointment was for 15 minutes and he hardly gave me 8-9 minutes, There was no smile on his face and he didn't talk through anything with me while he was doing the scan. i felt really uncomfortable to even ask him anything to be honest as he looked so miserable. I don't think i will be using hey baby if didn't in the future as i found the experience very unfriendly!

Nov 03,2024Amazing team of people. We have now had 3 scans here. Early scan, gender scan and 4D scan today. Having had quite a rough pregnancy with alot of symptom and worries, it's been so nice and reassuring to have access to private scans to keep anxiety at bay. You're never rushed and they talk you through everything! Lovely lovely people, thank you.

Nov 03,2024I’ve come to hey baby twice now and I’ve loved both visits! Both times I have had Emmanuel and he’s been amazing. He is so patient! All staff are lovely and chatty and really make you feel welcome. I have loved both visits and would definitely come back again :) x

Nov 03,2024I went for a gender scan and was welcomed as soon as I arrived. The staff are so friendly. The sonographer was lovely and she was so friendly. The experience was great from start to finish. Will definitely go again and definitely highly recommend..

Kayleigh the receptionist was sooooo welcoming she instantly put my nerves at ease and then the scan lady was very cheerful and upbeat, and talked us through everything whilst she was scanning - both made the experience one we will never forget! We did the gender reveal lightening and I could not recommend Hey baby enough. Thank you to both members of staff on Sunday for easing my nerves and making such an unforgettable experience 🥰!

The ladie at the front desk..omg she was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They both ladies helped create a truly memorable experience for us, and we're so grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you for making our first baby's scan so special!❤️
