Jan 25,2023The website was not easy to use or navigate when trying to set up a subscription. I ended up with 2 subscriptions showing on my account for the same item; I couldn't edit or delete either subscription so I asked for help via the contact us section. Although I received a quick email response, the "Customer Service Specialist" decided to place my order for me, without checking it was ok to do so and that everything was correct. I got an email telling me my order had been placed first, then a response informing me what had been done. I find this disappointing to say the least and I was rather shocked that this had been done without my consent. My reason for contacting the company was for help before finalising my order which I did not receive. I had heard good things about the product itself but based on my customer service experience, I would prefer to find something else as this is unacceptable to me given that I will now be charged for 3 deliveries as a minimum before I can cancel the subscription when I havent actually place the order myself.
