Dec 03,2022The worst customer service!!. Took money out of my account 2 weeks ago. I did not receive an email confirming my order as they are having issues with their IT. Wouldnt you think that a company who relies on technology for their business would have this issue resolved very quickly? I have phoned 4 times to find out where my order is. Long waiting times to get to speak to someone who then gives you a range of excuses why your order has not been dispatched. As of today still not dispatched. I've used this company for several years and always found them prompt with their postal service. Seems to have lost their way!! Will not be using them again.

However, just recently their web site had not updated items (they were showing in stock) and customer service had no idea when out of stock items items would be back. And I have been waiting a year now to find out if an item will coming back. But as a long term customer I am still happy to buy.

Nov 07,2022Ordered 2 items. Both in stock on the site. Only one was actually delivered, and that took about 10 days to arrive. Only then was it apparent the other item wasn't actually in stock. Good job not urgent. Delivery note said they had refunded the out of stock item. They hadn't and i had to chase a few days later. Poor service.
