I found this group very pleasant to deal with, and they fitted the seat in the car,then came to take it out when we had finished with it. Excellent service, and carseat in excellent condition! All good!

Feb 13,2020We experienced exceptional service. I was in dire need of a booster seat together with a forward-facing baby seat. I was given there number from the leading car rental Company Brisbane Airport and rang a few days before arriving in Brisbane. They quoted by email with an invoice for payment....Both seats were installed correctly. The company was courteous, professional and no fuss with no drama just straight down to business... well done and 5 stars from me.

Feb 13,2020There was initial confusion regarding an online enquiry that was lapsed vs the more recent active one. When I called it was all sorted, but when it came to confirmation what was discussed on the phone was not recorded against the booking. I didn’t mind that- I understand that mistakes happen- but I didn’t appreciate that I was made to feel as though I was really putting the staff out by asking for what was already agreed to weeks prior (delivery). The hire was fine in the end and I will use Hire for Baby again, but I will avoid dealing with that office.

Feb 13,2020I purchased a Britax baby seat for my granddaughter and had it installed by the seller. I had to order in the seat which, luckily, arrived a few days before I left the area. Customer service was excellent and I was very happy with the installation process. I was shown how to use the seat correctly, which was very handy as seats have changed since my children were babies. I find it easy to put my granddaughter into the seat and the straps are very easy to clip in and adjust if necessary.
