I received a personal phone call the next morning from Meera? who was very kind and said the company was from Leicester so no extra charge. Eventually I got to speak to someone and transaction was fairly smooth, appeared to be a lack of understanding about postage to the Isle of Wight but it was free fortunately. Bags are very good and reasonable price (if the postage had been added it would not have been the case) and arrived in good time.
