Feb 26,2025What an absurd uncommercial company. Unable to see the bigger picture. My removal guys left a couple of empty black bin liners in the storage unit after they had packed up. In an ideal world, no they would not have done this .... but big picture you would assume the unit was going to be cleaned anyway after each tenancy. But HOLD decided that a 50 GBP "fee" for picking up a couple of empty black bin liners was warranted. Talk about showing how to lose a client permanently.

Feb 04,2025Great location and always clean with nice staff. I’ve had two units here at one point which shows how much I liked it. My only criticism would be the car park is super small for the original part and that can make getting things here and leaving hard.

A huge shoutout to Daniel and James, who went out of their way to provide exceptional service and made the entire experience a pleasure. Every interaction felt effortless because Daniel, James, and the rest of the staff were not only professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to explain every detail, offered practical solutions, and were incredibly accommodating to my needs. They suggested removal people and allowed me to move in and out without any stress. I genuinely felt like their priority throughout the process, which is such a rare and refreshing experience. The facility itself is fantastic—secure, immaculate, and perfectly organised. I had complete confidence in leaving my belongings there, and the added perks like 24-hour access, on-site parking, and workspace options were a huge bonus. The operation is seamless, efficient, and clearly designed with customer convenience in mind. If you’re looking for storage, look no further than Hold Storage in King’s Cross. The exceptional service, friendly atmosphere, and top-quality facilities make them the absolute best. I’ll definitely be returning and am so grateful to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my experience perfect!

Jan 14,2025Service was great, Lex (Akanku) on the desk was really friendly and Dan (Ramirez) was awesome on coms, emails were always clear and specific so I knew exactly what I needed to do and he'd follow up with a call if needed - made things nice and easy. The space is much nicer than most storage facilities, always well lit and clean.

I would recommend Hold storage to literally anyone. Best storage company in the UK by far, and I have experienced a lot of them.

Oct 12,2024I’ve been a customer of Hold Self Storage for several years now, and the recent changes under new management have made a world of difference. The level of customer service is truly exceptional, with staff always going the extra mile to ensure all my needs are met. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—whether it’s assisting with access or providing helpful storage tips. One of the best upgrades since the new management took over is the larger car park. It used to be a bit of a hassle finding space, but now, with plenty of parking spots available, loading and unloading is so much easier. It’s clear they’ve really thought about convenience. The addition of work pods is a game-changer. I often have to catch up on emails and work while I’m on-site, and the comfortable, quiet workspaces give me a great place to focus. Plus, the new facilities like better Wi-Fi and clean restrooms make it feel like more than just a storage location—it’s a place where I can get things done efficiently and comfortably. Overall, the new management has elevated Hold Self Storage with thoughtful improvements and top-tier service. Highly recommend!

Apr 27,2025Used to be a client when it was Attic. HOLD seems to be much more customer focused - all details much more accessible and great and thorough explanations from Armeet. Still very reasonable rates for short term storage. Got the cheapest option they provide (smallest unit for shortest rental period) and was still made to feel like a very valued customer.
