Dec 04,2024The young man come to install brilliant and polite Noticed after he left Retaining clips on top blind fell out when adjusting blinds, not too bad to refit One of the clip-in blinds loose and moved about, easy to re-adjust Otherwise not a problem

I’m extremely pleased i chose this company as the previous company said that because my Patio doors were not the newer type i would not be able to have this type of blinds. My only disappointment is that i didn’t contact this company first however next time i want blinds they will be my first contact. Thank you Homefair Blinds

Dec 03,2024I recently had two motorised blinds installed by Homefair Blinds to replace ones needing frequent charging. The installation was quick and seamless, thanks to Dave and Josh's exemplary service. Overall, I've been using this company since 2016, and while I experienced a hiccup with an estimator recommending unnecessary extra lengths once, the blinds have always been high quality. There was also an issue with a recent order where a black pole arrived in silver, but the fitting was still efficient. The team has been helpful, even offering adjustments when not at fault. My experience has been mostly positive with excellent service and quality products. 4 stars!

Dec 03,2024Booking of measuring and fitting of Venetians, straightforward and efficient, as was the later installation. My only gripe was the ridiculous regs re. the length of the pull cords. Halfway down the drop length means the cord ends are 3’ up in the air! I struggled to reach any of the cords in my bay window blinds! I’ve had to add extra cord lengths to each blind to be able to reach them in my bay window. This wasn’t pointed out/explained at any time prior to the blinds being installed and now detract from the overall appearance.

Dec 02,2024Only giving 2 stars as 2 out of the 3 blinds were not fitted straight as the clips out of line. I asked him if he needed step ladders but should have asked him if he needed my glasses. He just rushed the job and couldn’t wait for me to pay.

Nov 29,2024called at shop and made an appointment to suit ourselves for measuring and picking the blinds of our choice.The sales advisor was very helpful and polite and guided us through making sure everything was what we wanted.We were given a date which was suitable for us with requards to the fitting of the blinds The lad that fitted the blinds was very polite and friendly and cleaned all the area after fitting the blinds,so there was no need to tidy up.He also gave us a quick demo just to make sure everything was working fine but also said any problems ,just get in touch and they would fix any issues,All in all a great set up and definitely recommended to anyone thinking of getting blinds fitted

Nov 28,2024The guy who originally came to measure was very professional, helpful & friendly. The man who came to fit was friendly & chatty 2 but I ordered 2 sets of blinds perfect fit (ordered 1st) then added on a roller blind, the fitter brought the roller blind & fitted that quite successfully. Obviously not the fitters fault someone in the office I suppose I can’t see why they couldnt have put the blinds tobe fitted on the same day rather than 1 one day & come back the next to fit my perfect fit (waste of fitters time) especially my time having to wait in 2 days running, so communication somewhere along the line didn’t tally. Common sense really to put them in the fitting list for same day. So this let my rating down

I can honestly say we are not disappointed, The fitter was very respectful of our home he took his shoes off on entering our home we will most certainly carry on using homefair blinds. Very professional and reasonably priced compared to other companies.
