Nov 26,2024Fitter was clean workmanship and quick, the only problem was we chose a blind in the shop. When it came to the measuring up the salesman didn't have the one we wanted. We went back to the shop to be told it was discontinued, why have it on display?? We were then told that several of the display blinds were discontinued !!!

Nov 26,2024We went with homefair blinds as they were offering a discount with the site developer “avant” when I bought my home. The salesman didn’t have much interest in the sale, very little info given, of advice. Seemed a little impatient. I had to re request the discount on the invoice as the one they provided did not include the 20% off. I booked the appointment which had a 2 week waiting list, the night before they cancelled. Told me to wait for a phone call before providing a new date. That phone call didn’t arrive I had to call them. The appoint was rebooked for the following Monday (around 4 days later) the appointment time was changed three times that day. The labourer installing the blinds arrived approx 40mins early as there was no one in the house (because we had arranged for us to be available within the time frame they changed it to for the 2nd time, he was unwilling to wait until the specific time they told us. Luckily we made it back in time. The blinds were installed fairly quickly. Minus a few marks and the odd chip on the paint they fitted well and look good. Only 1 day in but no issues so far. When he left he left all of the rubbish behind in the house. This was for blinds for every window in the entire 3bed detached property. Each box full of plastic, screws, bubble wrap and metal framing he didn’t need. All left in a pile in my house upstairs and downstairs. When I called they told me they don’t have a waste disposal permit so they can’t take the rubbish away. (What a joke)! I paid over £2000 for blinds to be fitted and I’m removing trash from my house. This wasn’t a positive experience, at least the end product seems good. The blinds themselves are at best maybe mid range. And for just over 2k I would have expected the service to be better, to be proactive with updating me on delays and such and of course removing all rubbish from my house. The amount of rubbish would fill an entire boot of a vehicle. Luckily enough I have a truck. So my rating is low for this experience, I’ll be chatting to the site developer about “recommending” them to me. And I certainly won’t be recommending them myself to others. The blinds come with a 1 year Warrenty, and were installed in a few hours.

Nov 26,2024I have used Homefair Blinds in the past and never had any issues. Moved house so used them again and they didn’t disappoint. Arranging an appointment for measuring was simple and quick and the fitter came round shortly afterwards to install. Very happy with Homefair Blinds and would recommend them to anyone looking for blinds etc.

Nov 26,2024Excellent work. Carl measured up, and is very professional. We have had the whole house fitted by Homefair over the last couple of years. The latest fitter was very good, and left the area tidy. Nice looking Venetian blinds. They are a good firm.

Nov 21,2024We've used Homeflair many times and they were out first choice for a replacement blind for the bathroom and a new one for our tiny spare room. A visit to our home let us choose the style and materials we were looking for, so measurements were taken and price determined. Two weeks later our blinds were fitted which we're delighted with.

From going into the shop to pick out the blinds we wanted, right through to having them fitted yesterday (18/11), everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with our kitchen blinds. Highly recommend Homefair, we'll certainly engage them again.
