Feb 23,2020My experience with Paragon Vitamins has been top notch to date. The communication, packaging and follow up emails have all been 5 star. The only reason for the 4 star rating is I found the preliminary report far too lengthy. I am a relatively healthy person, but by the end of reading it, I felt that the suggestions given to me, were telling me I needed to change my entire lifestyle and to "avoid at all times" foods that are actually ok to have on occasion. To me, this is not sustainable, or accurate in some areas. Along with this, some information provided to me was based on my answers to the questionnaire, which was difficult to answer in some areas. So I don't think this provided the most accurate information to Paragon for them to provide . However, I do think hair analysis is an effective way of finding of finding the supplements that are right for each individual (I have done saliva sampling in the past) which is one of the reasons I have decided to give this a try. I am finishing the first month on the Optimized Plan and the second month of vitamins have arrived, also on the Optimized Plan, so I will see if I notice anything different on how I feel, sleep, etc. To date I haven't noticed a huge change but I am not expecting to within the first few weeks. Feb 13,2020The online questionnaire needs a bit of revamping. There should be boxed areas to add comments. Not everything is a yes or no answer. I was unable to find anywhere to show that I avoid dairy products.

Sure, the medication helped, but I never felt 100% -- struggling with “off days” where I was lethargic, unfocused, anxious or foggy-headed.
