Personally, I notice that I have a hard time taking so many pills during the day, which you guys told me at the beginning and were so right. Dec 11,2019Awesome program, great report, great on-going communication, great customer service (payment, shipping, reminders, etc..). I do feel however that it is way too much gel to ingest. I find myself opening each capsule and adding the powder to apple sauce to ingest. Less gel and more compact pills would make a big difference. Congrats on a great initiative,
