I received friendly, informative and excellent service via email and I was always especially impressed at the response time - enquiries were answered clearly and quickly. The hoodies themselves (we went for the College Hoodies) are of fantastic quality and are exactly what we wanted. Personalisation is clear, neat, professional looking and easy to detail on the order form. One thing I was especially pleased with was the likeness of the fabric colours in real life to that on screen. The staff and students who got hoodies are all thrilled with them, HUGE thanks to Hoodyworld.

The latest one was a real last minute rush and they were 100% positive and helpful - meeting a VERY tight deadline to get the hoodies delivered before our trip. The hoodies are snuggly warm, beautiful quality material, gorgeous vibrant colour and a fantastic unique design! Working on the design with Will was brilliant - he easily grasped what I wanted and managed to deliver exactly what I imagined. All this brilliant service and top quality products for a very reasonable price too! I cannot recommend this company more highly!

The ordering process was simple and based on what I had asked I was given a couple of design options to choose from. I don't think I will need to go anywhere else now for my tour kit and I would highly recommend the company to anyone else.

Sep 30,2016Jeff and his team listened carefully to exactly what we wanted for our lacrosse team sweatshirts and created a perfect design for us, making sure our logo fitted in well on the jumper. The sweatshirts are great quality, they are so comfy but aren't too bulky so are ideal for team training. I can't wait to order more for the club. Thank you so much.

Jul 15,2016Such a pleasure dealing with Jeff and co at Hoodyworld - nothing too much trouble right from the initial contact right through to taking delivery of the 36 amazing hoodies and t shirts for the year 6 leavers. Price was best around and quality great - so many designs to chose from and so many colours. Kids are going to be so delighted when they see them later. Would recommend Jeff and Hoodyworld to anybody - in fact our scl netball team also ordered hoodies due to such good customer service. Haven't dealt with a co so efficient and nice for a long time. Makes you feel like you are the only customers he is dealing with as service is so good and personal. Attention to detail and artwork is so professional too. Will be back again next year when son #2 in year 6!!!!
