Jan 15,2024So firstly they tried to promote a scheme to a largely Scottish staffed company with the salesman seemingly knowing little to nothing about the Scottish NHS including that this scheme meant we would pay for prescriptions through them that are free here. There were very few doctors using the scheme here (ARI Aberdeen) which made it useless for me specifically. They also did not reply to a GDPR SAR within the legal deadline for these things but have now done so.

Charlie was great, helped us to switch insurers with a total of 35% savings (against our renewal price). The whole process of switching of insurers was brilliant – they handled the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend any companies out there to use Hooray Insurance.
