Jan 12,2019The items I received were not at all as described. The top I ordered was called a “sweater” but it was actually a very very thin t shirt that I will have to wear an undershirt with. However I thought it would be think based on the word “sweater”. Another item I ordered was clearly a crop. But not at all mentioned and came super tiny.

Dec 27,2018HUGE fan, shop at the AZ store all the time! Expenvie but worth it, however one pair of pants I bought had a zipper and button. Button broke the first time I wore it. However, the main reason I give 3 stars (if it weren’t for this I’d give it 5), is because of the manager of the AZ store. On one occasion, I was checking out with someone who was obviously new. She made a simple mistake in the transaction, to which the manager went unleashed and was very upset and condensing toward the new employee. She was saying unkind things to the employee right in front of me which made me very upset and I was so close to leaving the store and not buying my clothes because I was so appalled at her behavior. Unfortunately, this manager is always at the store and it makes me uncomfortable any time I shop when she is around. Defenitely in need of a new manager at the Mesa AZ store....

Dec 01,2018The clothes the have are just lovely. Everything is so adorable, I just want to buy everything I see. I'm probably not the only one who thinks so too. The reason why I give 4 stars is because, the sizing of everything is very different for each garment, at least it is for me. When I buy bottoms, they always run too small, which happens. But, I can never find anything bigger than the sizes they have online. I know they had a plus size section online a while back, unless they don't have an online plus size section anymore. Otherwise, Hope Ave is just the cutest and bestest place!
