Our very first boutique opened in Utah and the now rapidly expanding locations can be found in seven cities across the West, where she will find a cozy and warm store to browse the collection.

Sep 22,2018I didn’t receive half of the things in my Order. And I had to call to get a refund. Also I learned that you have to send an email to Downeast to ask to return something which was inconvenient. Most stores usually send a sales slip with the package. But I guess Downeast doesn’t?

The quality of the dress I ordered was worth the price, it shipped quickly and arrived even faster (for free at that)! The sizing was true to the recommendation on the sizing chart and I can’t wait to wear the dress for the event I purchased it for and more after that!

Sep 09,2018I love our local HopeAve Boutique store. The manager and all the employees are very helpful and make it fun to shop there. I also ordered online. Everything was fine, but it took several days for the order to be filled after it was placed. All in all, a great place!

I understand it was on clearance but it would have been nice to know it was damaged before purchasing. Otherwise had a great experience with this store. Clothes were very cute.

Aug 03,2018I ordered this on July 18 and paid extra for shipping, 3-5 days ground. I did not get a notification of shipping until July 23. I specifically said to have it shipped to my apartment in Provo, Utah. While tracking shipping, I noticed it was traveling to Chandler, AZ which is my billing address. Of course when it went to be delivered the address was incorrect so it was sent back to the store in Utah and I have still not received it after 2 weeks.
