May 28,2012After attending several Grand Prix's at Silverstone, we decided for a change and opted to experience the atmosphere at Monaco for the first time. My clients and I were not disappointed. We were met at the airport by transfer to our hotel, before taking in some of the qualifying laps from a superb viewing balcony overlooking the track. The following day we enjoyed delicious meal, before again returning to our viewing balcony to enjoy the race and hospitality. We were then transferred back to the airport in the evening for the short flight back. The whole weekend was seamlessly organised and was enjoyed by all - thanks you HS&BC.

Apr 05,2012A very enjoyable night out. The pre-match entertainment was first class and we had great seats on the halfway line to watch the game. Post match drinks in the bar were even better after the result. Bring on Barcelona!

Mar 27,2012A superb day with the HS&BC team at Cheltenham. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the team went out of their way to make our bride-to-be feel special. The food was fabulous too. Altogether a really great day ! Thank you !!

Mar 16,2012We have been attending the Cheltenham Festival with the Hospitality Sports & Business Club for several years now and we always have a fantastic time. The location is excellent, very close to the track and the hostesses always make us feel welcome and are on hand to help with any problems. John Virgo was also on fine form this year, although sadly no winners from his tips! If I had any negatives it would be that the TV commentry showing race highlights was difficult to hear, but this does not detract from what was otherwise a superb day for all who attended. I look forward to going again next year.

Mar 16,2012The waiters/waitresses were clearly totally inexperienced and not good enough for this type of event. The food was late in being served and was poor quality. The TV's used for covering the races in the tent were totally unacceptable in size, quality and location. The tipster did not make enough effort to circulate around the tables and talk to guests. The location was good.

Mar 14,2012Overall we did have an excellent day! There are a few areas that we feel that could be improved on... 1. We had our starter delivered and it was a good 5 minutes before the bread was brought over to the table. 2. The red wine on the table was cold - this should have been room temperature. 3. The waiting staff we mostly attentive - however when not doing anything they we standing round the edges of the room leaning against the walls and looking miserable – Not one of my party remember them smiling at any point. 4. I had a dirty fork, upon asking the waitress for a clean one she just wiping it on her apron. 5. Although it wasn’t the sunniest day, the room itself was rather cold - there didn’t appear to be any heating implements within the room. 6. The TV's that were showing the races within the room had no commentary. 7. Afternoon Tea was served 10 minutes later than scheduled. 8. The waiting staff at times didn’t know who was doing what. We asked for a cup of tea mid way through the starter course and the waitress told us it wasn’t her that was look after the tea station (even though she was stood right next to it!) and that we would have to ask someone else (we were sat right next to the tea station, table 23, it would have been easier to get it ourselves!) 9. The main hostess who introduced herself personally to our table wasn’t really dressed very smartly – only had black trousers and a plain top on. The other welcoming ladies (in red suits) who gave us the champagne upon arrival were excellent 10. The main hostess lady also sat on a table near the door and look rather miserable most of the time and at one point was seen having a cigarette right outside our door entrance. 11. Although our table was spacious we were rather close to the tea and coffee station and the waiting staff keep carrying crates of glasses over our heads just so that they could squeeze through the gap. I don’t want these comments to be taken in a negative way at all, as there really were lots of positive things that also happened. 1. All of food was very delicious. 2. The timings between courses were excellent. 3. The table layout gave us all enough room. 4. The bar staff we fantastic (we didn’t realise it was a free bar until the afternoon!) 5. It was very convenient having the betting stand in our room! 6. The toilet facilities were close by and in excellent condition. 7. It was only a short walk to the race track and we had a front row view every time! 8. The two ladies in the red suits; one with blonde hair, one the brunette hair were very attentive, very smiley and open to having conversations with us. 9. We liked how the race cards were provided on the table. 10. The staff on the betting staff were very helpful! Especially Pauline!! Considering half of our table were complete novices at betting, they really took the time to explain to us how the betting system worked and explain the odds to us as well! 11. Obviously seeing and speaking with John Virgo was excellent!

Jan 12,2012Our first time using Hospitality Sports & Business Club and I wasn't disappointed! We took 4 of our best clients to the Manchester Derby FA Cup 3rd Round and it was a success from start to finish - the hospitality was first class, with excellent seats along the halfway line and the result was the icing on the cake! Dan at HS&BC was a great help in organising the day and made sure that everything went smoothly. We will definately be using Hospitality Sports & Business Club in the future.

Jun 05,2024BE WARNED!! Very questionable to deal with these guys, if you book tickets for an event and you have to cancel with months notice and the tickets have been resold so no services or tickets rendered THEY WILL SEND THE DEBT RECOVERY GUYS in!! Shocking business practices!!
