I was overly impressed with their customer services. I was guided through the purchasing process. The only thing I had a little problem with was the payment verification process, it seem it can be improved, but overall they run an effective customer service.

Its been years I am using the Shared Hosting and recently I purchased Reseller Hosting Services from Hostripples, their flexible plans, uptime, genuine support, specially their generous and willing to help partners attitude will keep them one step ahead in the market, they grow when their partners grows like wise, always agile in terms of finding solutions and making decisions to my issues. Kudos to their Team and eSpecially CEO of the company. Looking forward to achieve milestones in the Web Hosting Industry as I am a newbie being a Reseller Hosting client.

Due to Hostripples my Account Hacked and i lost my all code and database. Unrecoverable loss did by hostripples. Very bad experience
