person tried his best, but not able to resolve the issue unfortunately. this is about DNS records was currupted, which I believe, can only be resolved by level 3 as it looks messed up and need urgent help now

No quibble refund, a lie. 72 hours refund, a lie. Instant set up, another lie. Also the 50 % discount did not work and the account was set up with Plesk and not CPanel as requested. A second correct account was set up by them, and this so called instant set up was not. When I contacted them for set up I was asked to provide proof of payment, screen grab and PayPal transaction number. While this is going on I get reminders for unpaid accounts, (which I have paid for). So after losing confidence in this host I decided to go for a refund. I was ignored for 12 days while this so called 72 hour refund was not happening. When I made further requests it was pointed out that in the terms and conditions I can only make one request for a refund, so I now can't get one. I argue that the other requests were actually reminders of their laziness and not actual further requests they still say " no refund". Eventually they caved and agreed to a refund, but I will have to request this from PayPal and they will OK it. On PayPal’s website it says that the seller is able to authorise a refund by locating the transaction and clicking on Return Payment. So simple, but not this host. Just as they had me proving my payment they are now being equally lazy a second time. It gets worse. I now receive a further email which quotes a previous mail that informed me of " no refund". So they have now reneged on their promise. So I think my best cause of action is this warning to others seeking to host with Hostripples in India.

This is the Best Service. Trust Me. I came back to them for the support they give. Their support team is absolutely great & you will really regret if you go to companies like Godaddy. I tell you my experience. The Bigger brands don't bother for a personalized support since they have large number of clients. Since Hostripples is from Nashik, they would always want to Stand in the crowd. And trust me they are better. So I would Strongly recommend all to go with them

Hello, I have many accounts over here but as of now mostly my developers are communicating with hostripples every time but the first time I am involving in this process and it's a really good experience with you guys and especially with Mr. Aron C.
