Feb 24,2020When we arrived at hotel the receptionist stated our card was declined but I knew that the payment had been received at hotel direct it was extremely embarrassing and I don't think il book through you again it was your company that had not made payment .thanks for your immediate reply it was just a bit embarrassing in front of people booking in I will bear in mind your kind offer thanks

Feb 24,2020Hotel Direct gave us excellent service for our recent short break to York. Telephone staff were courteous and extremely helpful. Our rail tickets arrived promptly the next day and the hotel booked was perfect.
