Nov 26,2019Having never used hoteldirect before I was sceptical as there are a lot of sites that offer a good price but have hidden charges when you book. having booked at a cheap rate I realised I had made a mistake with my train times. (completely my fault that I didn't check) and contacted their customer services, imagining it would take a few days if anyone got back to me at all. within a few hours I had a reply from a real person that amended my mistake and secured me reserved seating on the new booking. couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and have already recommended them to everyone. Will 100% be using this service again.

Nov 24,2019From booking to delivery there were no problems at all. I was very impressed that someone had contacted the hotel to confirm all details of our stay and gave directions to the hotel from the train station. A very good choice and will definitely use HD again.
