Sep 01,2022Wonderful experience, leaving our children (age range: 2 - 7 yrs) in the capable hands of the Hotel Nanny team. We felt a slight hesitation (perhaps even guilt) to go out with the two of us and leave our children with the nannies, but that vanished completely when we met Virginia and Lisette. They naturally blended into our everyday rhythm of trying to get four young children prepared for bed. Our kids were really excited too when we asked about their experience the day after. Thanks again!

Nov 30,2021We had Laura as our babysitter for our 2 year old son last week and we could not have been more pleased! She even showed up a few minutes early so he could get used to her for a bit before we left. She was friendly and warm and just had an excellent mannerism with him. He usually gets a bit upset right when we leave, but we told him we'd be right back and he just kept playing with Laura. She even sent us a text update and photo while we were out and our son was in great form upon our return despite him staying up way past bedtime :) (we told her to keep him up until we returned and this was no easy task). We will definitely be looking to book Laura again on our next trip to London! This was our first time using a service like this and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Jul 01,2019We attended a wedding at the hotel and were assigned 2 nannies, Lucia and Natalia to look after our 5 year old daughter and her cousins. We were very impressed with both of them from the outset. They kept us informed at each stage of the evening as and when needed. Our 5 year old got on well with them and had a great time whilst we could enjoy and relax for the wedding. We would not hesitate in any way in using the hotel nannies.

Jun 20,2019We had a nanny named Ekram who was absolutely superb. This was our first time using a nanny at a hotel and we could not have been more pleased. Ekram was absolutely lovely; upon meeting her, she put us right at ease immediately and our 1 year old son fell in love with her immediately. She was gentle and caring but had a certain consistent confidence about her that translated well. She fed him well and played games with him. She took the time to periodically share a few pics and videos of how happy he was in her care on the days we were out; not by request, but just because she acutely sensed we would appreciate it, and we certainly did. If and when we come back to London I would request her again in a heartbeat.

Having this service in place means guests can happily use our hotel restaurant and spa with peace of mind that their children are being cared for by the best.
