A friend gave me the advice for that site and we found a suitable hotel and all went well. Just booked again there again for later in the year. This site is easily to use and I will recommend it.

When one of their "trusted partners" (Happyrooms.com) failed to perform in the best interests of customers (lots of reviews of that company on this site... read and be warned!), hotelscombined stepped in, without hesitation, to ensure customer satisfaction (and, of course, to sever all relations with happyrooms.com). They were prepared to sacrifice their own commission (plus a bit!) in order to ensure that the customer didn't lose. You can't ask for more than that! I'll use them again!

We came accross a problem, Hotels combined sorted it for us, no problem,fast efficient and they kept in contact all through till it was corrected. We were very pleased the way everything was handled.

This is my first time that I made reservation with HotelCombined, and I think I will continue using this provider because their support is really good! I found very special price on this website via agent Getaroom, however there is a problem that hotel rejected my reservation, and they told me that the agent entered wrong room rate. I tried to contact with agent but at that time I have only few days left until my trip start, so I contact with HotelCombined support if they can do something for me. Finally with help from Ben, my reservation was completed! The agent had rebooked again, and the hotel confirmed my reservation. The reservation a bit difference with my original reservation but I accepted it. If compare with the room rate I got, the price still very good. Thanks again for your support, Ben :D

This site is a joke, I tried to book 2 rooms last night had everything ready to pay went to get my credit card to put details and in that time the deal suddenly becomes unavailable anymore and the price has gone up 70.00 not a good experience at all.

We booked a serviced apartment in London on the understanding breakfast was included, and it was a4* establishment upon arrival was informed they had a maintainance problem so they would take us to sister appartments -----SO APPARTMENTS --KILBURN it was awful and they don't provide breakfast either!!! T their hotels / Appartments are more 2* -----No one from hotels combined nor SO HOTEL group had the decency to reply -- book at your peril

Great site. Use HotelsCombined.com before booking, the site lists prices from the other travel sites at once, like Expedia, Priceline, Hotels.com. Sometimes there are hotels you won't see on other sites. Recommended!

Booked Jaz Aquaviva Hurghada from the 9th April - 12th April 2016. Had confirmation from getaroom.com through the terrible comparison site Hotelscombined app. Hotel informed me they never had such a reservation and charged me nearly double the price again. Neither company offfered any telephone support which you need in an emergency. Spent nearly an hour embarrassed at reception arguing with the staff and reservation team. Emailed both Hotelscombined twice who never bothered to even contact me or acknowledge receipt of my email and getaroom.com. Getaroom.com sent me an email promising to resolve the situation and no further contact. I would stay away from both these companies and the Hotelscombined app and choose a more reputable app like Trivago. I believe the transaction was fraudulent from the experience of no booking or reservation even though confirmed and paid by both parties. I intend to inform the UK media of both of these companies who I hope will write the story on them to protect other users of this terrible app and issue proceedings. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTELSCOMBINED APP AND THE COMPANY!!!!

Contacted them several times to get our hotel removed from their database, as we havent approved this. We are still not removed, and communication has stopped. Totally unacceptable!

I've just made a Hotel booking through HotelsCombined after ensuring the quoted rate included all taxes and was converted to AUD$. The actual rate debited added the Taxes again and a double conversion fee to AUD then to SGD. The Hotel is Orchard Parade in Singapore. Unfortunately it is a non-refundable deal so ripped off. Beware.

I booked accommodation from Momondo and ended up in Booking.com. The accommodation was for BB basis. It seemed that this was mis-advertised by Booking.com. HotelsCombined did everything they did to resolve the issue and Paul, their customer care agent, was simply the best. He even was kind enough to give a €50.00 voucher. I will not be using Booking.com in the future, but most definitely, HotelsCombined have won me over. I will be using their service again.

Had a issue with the description of a hotel that I had booked (falsely advertised; fortunately I found out before my trip and could cancel and find a hotel that better suited my needs). Contacted Hotels combined regarding my issue so no one else would have the same problem. The Lady I dealt with was lovely, she asked for a few details, saw what the problem was, chased it up with the hotel/s and sorted it out. I was even given a small credit for compensation for the inconvenience that was caused. I will be happy to continue using Hotels Combined for future trips!

Booked hotel in Bangkok. Credit card debited. Arrived but no booking made. Had to pay again. HotelsCombined could not sort out the problem. Won't use them again.

Very prompt in their response over the phone and very helpful. A confirmation email was also sent. Will be using HotelsCombined to book further accommodation.

I had an issue with one of my bookings and Hotels Combined took immediate ownership of the issue, communicated well and continued to follow through to a resolution. Really high quality service and it is obvious that the person you are dealing with is empowered to solve your issue there and then.

I recently had a trip to Bali and had booked all accommodation through hotelscombined.com. All the accommodation was significantly cheaper than if I booked directly through the hotels. Booking was so easy. There was one glitch with one of my bookings and I contacted Hotelscombined.com to let them know of the error and to see if I could get a refund. I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly but Ilana was straight onto it and very professional and helpful with my problem. Within a day the problem had been sorted and they had refunded me a booking that had an error. I would gladly use Hotelscombined.com for ALL my bookings, in fact we are off to Melbourne in Jan and will be using it for there and the sunshine coast in February. Thanks to Ilana and the team you were awesome :)
