Nov 13,2024Thanks to everyone concerned with our new Softub! We were offered a great trade in price (this is our third hot tub) and our new tub arrived yesterday. It was delivered and installed by Wayne, who was a very nice friendly chap! He worked hard to ensure the tub was up and running, despite a few issues having to get the tub through our house! The tub is still heating up this morning so we've yet to try it, but we know our 30 years of owning a Softub will continue for many more!

Jul 31,2024They couldn't be more helpful. Installation was brilliant and Phil the installer was a really friendly helpful guy. The softub uses a fraction of the energy my previous hot tub used and will pay for itself in savings. The Softub is great and so is the service from this excellent company.

May 06,2024Had a great experience with those guys. We did not know which tub to choose as they all have their pro and cons but their questions helped them guide us. We now have a Softub, which is AMAZING! We don't need anybody to take care of it, it is so easy to do so ourselves :). The process was smooth, even the installation - Joe (who installed the tub) gave us great tips as well and within a couple of hours, the tub was up and running! I really can't recommend them enough if you are serious about getting a hot tub that suits your needs. Thanks guys!

Their professionalism and communication has been second to none and all their staff have been a delight. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and we have felt like we've been in excellent and expert hands right from the start. Genuinely lovely people and a fantastic product and service.

Mar 16,2024Everyone was super helpful and offered great advice, we ended up getting a refurbished got tub and couldn't be happier. The soft tub is so comfortable verses harder alternatives. We had one technician issue and they were fast to respond and replaced the faulty part free of charge. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

Mar 10,2024Needed a new hot tub for my business so contacted my nearest supplier to see what they could offer. Caroline was very responsive and helpful to point me in the right direction for what they could offer. Replacement hot tub installed by them just a few days later. Installation guys were quick, efficent and drew my attention to a minor remedial work which needed to be done to the existing power cable connection. From what they could see, it wasn't urgent but worth me knowing about. Its a good job they mentioned it as when I fully replaced the power cable a few weeks post installation, I found a much more serious issue with it further under the decking! Thankfully all put right and grateful for the heads up. No problems with the tub so far, but I suspect that if there is an issue in the future, they will be very quick to sort out.

They don't pressure you in buying and once you have bought, they are on hand to give advice on how best to get more out of your purchase. They are so welcoming and it always feels like dealing with that good friend you have known for ages.

Phil delivered the tub and did a great job in setting up the tub including filling it. He explained everything to us in detail. We fully recommend "hot tubs & living"

Aug 28,2022We were looking to replace our lazy spa hot tub with an acrylic ‘hard tub’ & went to Hot Tub & Living for a look around their showroom where we met Caroline, we were shown around & all tub options explained thoroughly to us, Caroline couldn’t have been more helpful, no pushy sales just lots of helpful advice & all our questions answered, nothing was too much trouble, we purchased a Soft Tub we had no idea there was such an option! there is much more movement for relaxing than in a hard tub which suits us perfectly also, the cost of running is so much cheaper which will mean we shall able to enjoy it all year round, we have used it just about daily since we purchased it, it is fantastic, so relaxing & has turned our garden into a ‘holiday vibe’ when we are in the tub, the help & service we received was second to none & can not thank Caroline enough for all her help, We would highly recommend Hot Tub & Living in fact I’ve already passed the brochure on!

Jan 29,2025Rarely would I use the word "Awesome" for customer service these days but the installation of our Softub warrants it! An almost impossible access into our basement meant we thought it would have to go back after the delivery and first attempt - but No. The team returned the next day and solved the issue with careful manipulation of the unit through a very tight staircase turn. We turned from being pretty disappointed to delighted. excellent briefing on maintaining the tub. We have yet to be able to use it but the minute the temperature is up and we do the initial treatments we will be in it. Thankyou so much for your efforts.
