We started looking at hot tubs last year as we were in the process of buying a new build property that obviously needed the garden sorted before we could actually take delivery. The first place we went to look was Hot Tubs & Living. We were greeted by the very friendly and knowledgable Caroline who showed us round and explained all the options. We decided to put a small deposit down to secure the one we had chosen, but explained that it would be a ‘while’ until we were ready. They have been fantastic throughout… we’ve rung Caroline a few times with questions about power supplies etc and she has been nothing but helpful. Fast forward 8 months until we finally got the garden ‘tub ready’ and we have just taken delivery 😊 the storage was not a problem for them at all, even though it was longer than we expected. Joe and Wayne delivered the tub through a very tight space, which didn’t fluster them at all. Joe stayed with us and completed the installation… right through to the tub being completely filled. He explained EVERYTHING. Chemicals, controls, use etc… We are over the moon with our purchase and will definitely recommend them to anyone. We bought a VB hot tub, Top service from Caroline from the first enquiry, no problem that we were in Sussex and they were in York. Joe and Phil turned up last week to install it, great guys, everything went smoothly, left a good feeling and enjoyed the hot tub every day so far! Would use them again.
After visiting a couple of other hot tub companies, we found Hot Tubs and Living , What a pleasant experience Caroline was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and did not try to pressure us into a sale , after giving it a lot of thought over the next few days we returned to the showroom and tried out sitting in a couple of different spas , we picked one out and even had a word with Phil and Joe regarding installation requirements , On delivery day Phil went through all the requirements to keep the Tub and water in good condition , answering all our questions and ensuring that if there was any problems to call them . Softub Purchase My 5* review for Hot Tubs and Living is based on first-class customer experience. Caroline, Joe, and Phil were excellent in the advice offered. With no pressure to purchase, answering all of my questions. Clearly, they know their stuff. They offered to come and carry out a site survey at the house (as space was tight). My initial idea of buying a hard shell was changed when viewing the Softub range. The fact it fitted my needs perfectly, it was extremely cost-effective to run (allowing all-year use) was a real selling point. From making the payment, the hot tub was delivered the same afternoon and it was up and working in hours. Phil who installed the Softub could not have been more helpful, even helping in moving the old lazy-spa. I've been back to the shop a few times with the usual daft questions and nothing is too much trouble for the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and the first-class customer experience it offers. We went to look at hot tubs & Caroline was very helpful, we ended up purchasing a refurbished Softub as it is easy to move about when empty. Phil delivered & installed it for us & then popped back to make sure it was running ok. We have an intermittent fault with one of the lights but Caroline has always kept in touch with us & when the tub is next emptied she has assured us Phil will pop round & rectify the fault. Any queries are dealt with promptly. I would recommend anyone wanting a hot tub to go & look round their showroom as they are very knowledgeable & helpful & truthful about the running cost.
Really helpful team, I wasnt sure what type of Jacuzzi we wanted, however, Joe and his team were great and showed us a number of designs, models and prices. Once chosen our new Jacuzzi arrived on time and the guys made what I thought would be difficult installation with a narrow passage and drop down patio look really easy. Thank you we are really happy with our purchase.
Excellent service… quick to come for a site visit and work out how to get the hot tub into the back garden! No high pressure sales talk.. just given facts about the different tubs available. Easy ordering process… made date for delivery and kept to it. Made sure I was happy with how to work the tub and ensure the water remained safe. Easy to pop in to showroom and buy additional filter and chemicals as required. Really like the fact that I dealt with the same person throughout and know I can just ring if I need any additional support.
We have had our Softub for around 7 years and it has really lasted! It is easy to care for and clean and whenever we have had any queries, we have contacted customer service who have always been very helpful and supportive and resolved the issues we had. Thank you.

I love my softtub . Bought it about 14 years ago. Since then had it relined and new lid. Replaced control panel as well, but all worth every penny . Don’t know what I’d do without it. Many happy hours relaxing. I especially enjoy a soak while watching the sunrise with a nice cup of tea. Heaven!!
I have used SOFTUB UK for many years. I took advantage of one of their excellent Trade in deals to upgrade to a Poseidon. When I had a problem with the Jet the support service I received was excellent.
I first came across this business at a display at Hickstead Showground Sussex way back in 2014. That resulted in the first purchase. Fast forward to 2021. As I fancied a new Softub Portico, (my first is still working perfectly), I gave them a call and spoke to Andrew who was most helpful and placed the order in March. Surprisingly it was available earlier than the due date. On delivery day it was installed by Phil, who was very informative, reminding me of how important keeping the PH level correct, and also he obligingly helped me with relocating my other Softub. All in all a great team of people at Hot Tubs and Living.
Took delivery of our new hot tub on the 24th June, every last detail was taken care of by Joe and Phil they certainly know their stuff was on site till everything was fully up and running, can’t praise them enough, after ringing round a few other companies I soon learned that lots of hidden extra cost was being incurred but with with Hot Tubs & Living not one single added cost even free delivery the online price was the price i paid, super happy thankyou guys especially Joe who I dealt with from the initial phone call to the handshake after he fitted it, not many genuine companies out there anymore but you certainly fitted the bill for us, kind regards John Lynn and Joe Edgar Wakefield

Aug 08,2022* Utter lies and falsehoods in their response to my truthful full experience of this company. I never ever insisted on fixing myself, they repeatedly did not call when they said so time expired to claim through the freight service and box they chose! And their technician flat out refused to do a video call, all smoke and mirrors.* I have literally nothing to gain by telling the truth, only to alert other people. All I will say is this experience turned into a nightmare. Shop around, there are other softub dealers in the UK. My gut told me way at the beginning that things didn't tally when my refurbished tub arrived with jets that didn't work and it leaked immediately because of a lose internal jubilee clip, I wish I had listened to my gut instinct. I think if you spend 10k you will continue to receive service but my 3k was enough to take but not follow through with. My hydromate was broken on their watch or in transit but after promised phonecalls that never happened etc, time ran out to claim on insurance. I found another dealer who immediately found the issue and repaired hassle free. On top of that everything was laid at my feet, it was either my decking, my water maintenance, technician would not participate in a video call despite being promised by director and was hostile and accusatory on the phone. If I wasn't a chronic illness sufferer I would have taken them to small claims court but I simply don't have the energy. Think twice, do your research, lost a little faith in human nature, very very sad all round
