Iām pleased with the product and impressed with the speed of delivery, especially given that this was well into a weekend shortly before Christmas and there are postal strikes going on. Top marks!

Unfortunately there was a fault with the taps. Their communication was flawless, incredibly understanding and polite. I was offered a refund on the taps upon returning them. I kept the shower part. This refund has been issued on the day that the taps arrived back with them. Understandably, sometimes mass produced products are faulty, and I was unlucky that mine was one of them. Thank you House of Enki, I will absolutely order from you again.
