Sep 04,2018Buying and receiving the shower fitting worked perfectly. A plumber is yet to come and install the shower, so it's too soon to say how well it works. Since the pipes seem to be made of plastic I do wonder why they have to be glossy glazed to look like chromed brass. Do any manufacturers make coloured piping, or even translucent pipes. It would be interesting to see the water rising up translucent pipes, especially for kids.

Have bought a protector for the bottom of the sinks so as not to scratch stainless. Everyone comes in and admires. Thank you for this product .Really pleased with this company.

Jul 10,2018Seller initially sent out a pair of mismatched, faulty taps that I suspect were seconds passed off as new. Though they were reasonably good about resolving the matter, the process was nevertheless made a lot more complicated and time-consuming than it needed to be, and even then I had to chase up to get a full refund. Would be very hesitant about using again.

Very minor quibbles - could have done with a link to an instruction sheet (one sent by email return on request), and the grub screw to locate the mixer body is 2mm, not 3mm as specified.
