Feb 18,2025The work tops are fabulous. The delivery was terrible. After the drivers arrived with our worktops, our two teenage daughters said where we wanted them put as we were at a hospital appointment. They took one look and declared they wouldn't fit there and abandoned both pieces in the hallway. If you haven't tried to move these worktops they are solid and heavy. Where the worktops were abandoned meant the girls couldn't shut the front door. It took three of them to move the one piece of worktop to the place it needed to be and they had to wait for me to come home to move the big piece. They literally dropped and ran.

Exceptional workmanship. Great communication from start to finish. Delivered to the time they said by Hasan and Stoyan who were great at getting it in the house carefully.

Feb 17,2025Customer service is terrible, after purchasing a worktop on the 6th of December after first confirming a delivery date of 1 to 2 weeks. Spent both Christmas and New Year without a working kitchen thanks. 6+ request before I eventually got a Manager call back and after spending over £1300 it finally arrived on the 15th of Jan DAMAGED I had to chase them every day. Sick to death of this company and wouldn’t recommend.
