My first generation HomePod gave up on me on Christmas Eve, not powering up and as it turns out, a common fault. Getting these things repaired is not something you can leave to your regular phone and pc repair shop. Steve at Howard Conrad did a first class job of fixing it, you wouldn’t know it had been taken apart. Quick, courteous service, excellent communication at all stages of the process and a decent up front set price backed up by a solid 3 year warranty. Highly recommended and my go-to place from here onward for phone, PC, Apple product repairs.

My OG HomePod stopped working and turned into an expensive paperweight. Searching for advice I found a US website with a guy who specialised in sorting poorly 'pods. Never going to be worth sending across the Atlantic but the site listed some UK repairers he knew. Turned out one of them was Howard Conrad just 3 miles from my house ! Dropped it off on a Monday, picked it up less than 48 hours later all working again. Quick, efficient, friendly.
I cannot praise this company enough, the whole team did a great job on restoring my old 27" iMac Retina back to life. Even though I had upgraded my system to a new iMac Studio I just couldn't let my old kit go to recycling and for a relatively low cost it is now working perfectly as a "spare".....From the first phone call to receiving the computer back was seamless. The Howard Conrad team kept me informed by email and direct calls and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone. Why can't other companies be this good?
